Very Late Morning
I slept until 9-fucking-30. But at least I had a good breakfast. A whole wheat English muffin with butter, a light nonfat vanilla yogurt, and half a small banana for breakfast. No exercise as of yet, thanks to my sleeping in, so it’ll have to wait until the kids are down for their naps.

Good Day So Far
I had 7 messages this morning giving me exercises to do, which just set the tone for the rest of the day, which was awesome.
I cleaned up the kitchen (though you can’t tell now because people had lunch and my uncle’s fixing the sink.
My stepson is here for the day, so I made a balanced lunch, even if it included pizza. Dinner is going to be lasagna and a veggie-loaded salad....
